The USA is increasingly becoming like the Stalinist Soviet Union. Marshall Stalin ordered all sorts of ethnic groups to be moved around so that they would be confused and not be able to unite and fight the Marxist-Lenninist State.
Similar things are at work here but it is a swamping of immigrants, especially Mexicans, rather then Tatars, mystery meats, and Muslims being moved around.
